You may request a return within 48 hours of delivery if:

The item is damaged
The wrong product is delivered

You must provide:

Photos of the product
Photos of packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized or made-to-order jewellery
Special order gemstone pieces
Items with minor handcrafted variations

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection
Refund will be issued via original payment method

If the error is from our side → we cover shipping
